New Beginning has established Ireland’s largest private portfolio of social housing properties comprising of almost 1800 properties. The properties are leased to Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies on long leases back by long term patient capital.

 New Beginning continues to develop its social housing portfolio and looks forward to introducing new innovative structures, including through passing ownership of the properties to the State at the conclusion of the leases.
