New Beginning is a social enterprise founded by concerned Irish citizens recognising the huge social and economic crisis caused by over indebtedness in our country.
The purpose of New Beginning is to provide and implement real and responsible solutions.
As part of this we lobby Government; advocate in the Courts, and negotiate with banks and creditors to implement the solutions that we know are there.

New Beginning is a company limited by guarantee and does not receive any outside funding. We are committed to providing affordable pricing for all. Where repossession proceedings have issued in respect of a client’s family home we will assess their circumstances and may provide a service on a pro-bono or reduced fee basis.
